For over 15 years, PowerTech Systems has been designing and manufacturing lithium batteries for electric traction in the broadest sense of the term (off-road vehicles, robotics, AGVs, electric marine, industrial vehicles, etc.). We are also present in stationary storage and, more generally, in professional applications.
Specializing in LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate), we offer efficient, environmentally-friendly solutions (designed for recycling, no use of rare resources such as cobalt, nickel or manganese).
Our products are designed to be modular, to meet a maximum number of customer needs. Our patented BMS Matrix technology enables us to manage several hundred battery modules to assemble the most ambitious solutions.
Our Products
- PowerTech Systems offers a range of 12V, 24V and 48V Lithium-Ion battery pack to meet most of our customer needs.
- The PowerBrick® battery offers a high level of safety and performance thanks to the use of new generation lithium iron phosphate cylindrical cells, managed by an integrated BMS system.
- PowerBrick® can be assembled in series (Up to 48V) and parallel (up to 16 batteries in parallel) to increase operating voltages and energy stored.
- PowerBrick® batteries can be discharged up to 100% and have a operation life of 3000 charge/discharge cycles (at 100% DoD at 1C), 4500 cycles (at 80% DoD at 1C), even much more by reducing the depth of the cycles (See the cycle curve of the product sheets).
- New high performance sealed cylindrical cell
- PowerModule is an advanced Lithium battery system for industrial vehicles, mid and heavy duty traction, robotics, and applications requiring high capacity and/or high voltage (up to 819.2V nominal).
- Up to 128 modules can be assembled in series, in parallel and both series and parallel. Depending on the size of the final installation, an external BMS may be required to control the system. For small systems with up to 16 modules and that do not require monitoring in the cloud, external BMS is not required.
- PowerRack is a 100% modular, 19 inches Lithium-Ion battery system. BMSMatrix® embedded system : this technology embeds PowerRack intelligence providing an incredible modularity and scalability to the system: PowerRack can manage ESS as small as 2.5kWh-48V, but can easily scale up to some large ESS of more than 1MWh-1000V.
